Idea for an anti-ketamine campaign poster, using clever wordplay (to highlight the fact that Ketamine's primary use is a horse tranquiliser) and photographed handmade paper horse puppets taking influence from Amy Earles.
The puppets are handmade, firstly drawn with fineliner then scanned and vectorised using Illustrator. I used a scalpel, scissors and paper fasteners to make them.
I then photographed the puppets against a photo-etched background I made earlier.
I think this design offers a humorous but sincere message that will appeal to it's target audience (16-25yrs).
